Has anyone heard/seen watch 'spy' pics?

I was talking last night with my brother (who is a car freak) and he showed me 'spy' pics of new cars (BMW, Mercedes). They were taken from test tracks and usually the cars are painted in matte black and/or have no logos; so then he asked me: how come with today's access to internet and cameras on most cell phones there is no 'spy' pics from new watch designs?

Comments?

Rolex never testdrive their watches and they don't leave the house from the Basel Show.

So if you find a spy pic, someone get fired.

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional

Maybe there's a guy in the marketing dept who gets to wear it out for a day to get the feel for how the public and potential buyers might like it.
