What is wrong with my Yacht-Master 16622 bezel?

What is wrong with my Yacht-Master 16622 bezel?
Compared to others it seems to me the inner bezel insert is rather raised a bit more than it is supposed to from the outer bezel.

They all have the gap between the top of the bracelet and the bottom of the rotating bezel

I'm not talking about the gap. I'm talking about the bezel insert and the outer bezel. The bezel insert on my YM seems raised higher than usual from the outer bezel?

I see what you mean, it looks raised. I think these bezels can be separated in two parts so maybe it was serviced and not put together properly. Don’t have a YM to compare.

Yes, it looks like your insert is slightly protruding from the outer rim, it shouldn't be doing that. Here's a picture of my 116622. The insert sits lower.

Thanks for sharing. I wonder if there is something that can be done. When I reached out and showed it to the local RSC, the front person said it seems normal so did the technician when she brought it to the backroom. Not sure what can be done.

Don't you guys think it's an odd YM with a different silhouette?

I love the original dial, color scheme and hands on the YM.
