The essence of Rolex?
Is this the essence of Rolex? Awesome pic by Amsterdam Vintage Watches. Wishing everyone a great festive period!

For sure. I’m not sure that it can be called. It’s an awesome picture!

Yes. Absolutely. A day and age before buyers became obsessed with valuation. Scratches. Before buyers wanted to give their watches comic book nicknames.
A day and age when Rolex was, as it’s own literature called it; a good watch. No bs. No dumb nicknames. Just a nicely made. Accurate tool for telling time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The essence of Rolex?
Happy Chri- ah bollocks...I’m no poshy posh.
Merry Christmas!!! I don’t know if I can say if that very fine vintage piece is “definitive”... If it is not, it is darn close to it. Cheers! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I love the simple oyster case, I think it’s all you would ever need. Maybe I bias.
