Anyone here who wear cufflinks have a specific brand they shop?
And similarly to Rolex, why?
Precious Metal?
Stones?

Not sure what you mean by similar to Rolex....I have Mont Blanc, AP, Patek and Hermès cufflinks. Love French cuff shirts.

I actually hate wearing anything with a name brand on it, I find that tacky and juvenile-like..... except for Rolex watches, but I understand if you think that thinking is not consistent.

What I am asking is if there is a brand of cufflink one likes better than another?

There are so many different ones out there in varying degrees of metal and stones, etc.
I was just curious if those that wear them regularly find one brand a bit more refined, better quality, etc, over another.

I love cuff links and wear them everyday. I have many from Ferragamo, Omega, Hermès, Cartier as well as lots of cheep ones. It’s fun collecting them. I’d love to get AP or Patek cuff links but that’s big money. Watch money. Lol

I have been gifted MontBlanc, Cartier and other cuff links. They’re nice and sit pretty in a jewelry box. I rarely wear French cuffs.

LOL! Yes I too rarely wear them, but I do like to wear something commensurate to my watch when I do.

I like the Cartier cufflinks. But I think they would compliment a Royal Oak better than they would a Rolex. I am pretty sure there are official Rolex cufflinks but you may have to hunt for them.

Addendum: there are no OEM Rolex cufflinks, just Rolex “inspired” ones.

I have turned into cufflinks Rolex President links

You Can turn into cufflinks one Or two presidential Bracelet links
if you like them more noticeable get 2 links for each cufflink
...then you attach/solder in the back of the cufflink... the clip -
they sell them separately and your jeweler after he solders
on the clip on the back of the cufflinks ...he will then clean and polish
This way you will have an instantly recognizable pair of cufflinks

If you do not want to pay a high price for original President links
buy aftermarket ...they are much less but gold as well.

All my shirts need cufflinks (except the short sleeve shirts...). I have maybe 25-30 sets of cufflinks and almost all of them were bought at flea markets or second hand stores. I have never bought a new pair of cufflinks. I do not like visibly branded stuff and most new stuff is, unfortunately.
