Watch winder battery or plug in
Hello, everyone, for watch winder, should I choose one powered by battery or plug in?
What do you recommend? |

Cannot recommend any machine winder for any Rolex watch except two of the finest winders attached to your arms called wrists.

I prefer the plug in winders as you do not have the batteries discharge.

How many watches? I am not sure any battery powered device could operate long enough to be effective. Or you could just wind the watch with the winding crown on the side.

I was considering battery power for inside my safe since I dont have power in there and best I could tell I would be changing the battery every 1-2 weeks which kinda defeats the purpose. Seemed much easier to just set the watch when needed.

I have both by Orbita. If I were to do it again I would go with battery. I can take the whole winder and put it in my safe.

I like Orbita because it is well made and cheap. And it is made in my home state. The outlet store is on line. The Sparta model is an excellent value. Google Oribta North Carolina and it should come up.

If your cave doesn't have an electrical outlet, get one on batteries.
If you have a convenient outlet where you plan to put it, plug it in; you won't have to keep buying and changing batteries.

If you must have one, I'd go battery.
If you go full Tony Montana 24 slot, you'll need a plug in with Corinthian leather and facial recognition. |
