TRF Friends,

I woke up to a sinking feeling today. My Tudor Submariner 75090 (black face and bezel) lost two hours or so in the night. This or something like it happens every 4 or 5 years. Time to go to the spa.

I'll miss her while she is gone. Other than my Pulsar Tank Watch for Sunday or suit wearing occasions and my Casio Illuminator for yard work or exercise, this is my daily wearer. She is good to me. Oh me, I'll miss her. Got that sinking feeling.

I guess some of you have been there before.

Like when it comes back with scratches and you have to engage in a huge fight over crappy craftsmanship? Yep I know that feeling so so well actually.

Passing it on isn't as easy as it is said, especially when it becomes your travel buddy, your business buddy, your date buddy or sometimes your wife gets jealous it spends more time with you

Aww. Has it happened consistently over the duration of a few days?

If the watch has already been sent in, hope you get your wrist companion back sooner rather than later

No. Just last night. I never wind it manually. I did that today and will monitor before I send it to the spa.

It's really only going to put off the inevitable.
The watch is letting the OP it needs some warranted TLC/maintenance.

Maybe you just sat around a lot yesterday and your watch did not get enough movement on your wrist to wind it. Have you thought of that?

He did state it gets more time than his wife who's jealous so I reckon it's getting plenty of wrist movement
