Resize my new Rolex Sub
Does anyone know where a good place to get my new Sub sized? I do not want to take just anywhere.

Edit: I see you're in New Jersey, so I'm not sure they have Ben Bridges there. I'd go to Rolex.com and see where your local authorized dealer is. They should be able to do it for a small fee. |

Really, you can do it yourself. Just buy the screwdriver (maybe $10); then, you can resize whenever you see the need.

I would resize it yourself, although if you want to be a bit more cautious, take it to your AD. They shouldn't charge you anything. At least mine didn't.

I did it myself too. Save Money, time, and the piece of mind that I took real care. Careful not to use a screwdriver that is too small, it will dent the groove. No big deal, as no one will look at the screws, but it's the principle of the thing.

if you are really neurotic about being careful, you can put small pieces of tape around the screw heads incase you slip. |

Did you use the eyeglass screwdriver? Do you think I should go out and a special watch repair screw driver?

you'll be fine. I'm a watch dummy and I did it with no problem.
If you can find a watch screwdriver, then use that. Not sure where to get one I like being able to do it myself - sometimes I wear mine loose and other days tighter... |

Better yet, buy a Sea-Dweller tool kit (this forum or eBay will have them). The screwdriver in those kits is specifically for removing & tightening the screws on Oyster bracelets.
