BLNR (Batman) Jubilee vs Oyster Bracelet?

Which do you prefer? I just got the BLNR with the Jubilee bracelet and I love it but curious what the forum likes better? I got the newer GMT as I wanted a SS Jubilee and already have the CHNR. I really like the combo of flash of the Jubilee with the sportiness of the GMT II - others not so much. I also like the originality of the Oyster and the fact that they do not make them anymore.

Jubilee. Sporty and robust yet dressy.

Distinguishes the watch from the other sports watches. Personally my favourite SS Rolex.

The jubilee on batman looks awesome. Better than the pepsi on jubilee.

I prefer my BLNR on oyster. BLRO could go either way.

Looks more “cosmopolitan” on the jubilee.

Jubilee

One could argue whether or not the Oyster looks better on the BLNR because that's how it's always been, the Jubilee on the BLRO on the other hand gives me some of that classic charm and it's wayyyy more comfortable and cooler for the summer months.

My point was the BLRO has a heritage of being not only on the oyster, but also the jubilee going back to the 1980’s whereas the BLNR has only been on jubilee since 2019.

You understand the hypocrisy of what you just said right?

you and I must have a different definition of what hypocrisy is...my answer to the OPs question was the Jubilee, I then followed it up with why I think some members may prefer the oyster

Oyster on a dive watch is my preference. I think a Jubilee looks better on a non dive watch.

So your preference then is jubilee on the GMT. Understood.

Since when is a GMT a diver? Might want to check what you wrote, or retool your thinking.

Your correct. However, the reason I said it’s a dive watch, is because it shares the same design as a Submariner. Which falls in the sport/dive category. For a sport watch (GMT), I prefer the Oyster. Like I said, there both nice.
