Dan Henry 1939.
This thread is to thank Adam (moderator) for his Dan Henry 1939 recommendation.
I bought two white and two black and gave two away as gifts to friends. I kept one of each. Noticed today that the ‘black’ 1939 had stopped so thought I would identify the battery and order a couple of replacements. I was impressed with the construction and the movement. At the price point I think it is a step up from your usual quartz movement? Thanks Adam.

Glad to see it still running and being enjoyed Eddie. I changed the batteries in mine, too, and both still running great. The Miyota movements are made by Citizen, I believe, so they should be good quality

So there’s a tachymeter, railway track, pulsometer and telemeter scales. It only lacks a decimal scale.
I suppose the two inner red circles are part of the tachymeter. Nice. |
