Tudor Harrods smudge on glass

Hey all,

Struggling to post this, hope it comes up now.

My Tudor Black Bay Harrods has a smudge like mark on the glass... I gave it a wipe and still remained. Today I attempted to give it a proper wipe however, the smudge still remains. I have run my finger and nail across the glass/smudge however, nothing obvious i.e. it's not a scratch... You know you'd run your mail across a scratch on your smart phone and you can feel it? Nothing like that... Any ideas?

It looks like a scratch on the AR coating underneath the crystal. My Pelagos had one of those as well.

You sure it's not on the underside? Try some vinegar or alcohol to get it off.

I guess it could be from the underside.

It's time to invoke warranty replacement.

Surely that would not be covered under warranty? My watch is absolutely battered. Smudge looks more like a scratch here....

Bloody Hell! That's had a tough life so far. Have you been sanding the bezel insert?
