SIAP - WSJ "Posh Watch Collectors Seize the Hour"

I don't think the forum rules prohibit referencing news sites but the Wall Street Journal had an interesting little article on the shutdowns impact on the Watches of Switzerland and how sales have dropped 28% due to no tourists. Goes on to say this has been a boon for local buyers, so might be worth checking out if one is in your area and you are looking for a specific watch!

I will go out on a limb and say it will do nothing for most people who couldn't get hard to find models as those likely weren't going to tourists. However if you want to get something that would have otherwise been available either way then that could help you negotiate a better deal.
