There's no such thing as a cheese bagel.

As a New Yorker, I think I'm obligated to say I'm not too sure about that cheese bagel...The watch on the other hand is absolutely perfect

The cheese bagel, while it looks delicious, does merit a bit of a reprimand. Not saying I wouldn't eat one...but I might not admit it publicly. Agree on that white dial being a thing of beauty, too...so few examples in the Rolex catalog, and each one seems to have their own "it" factor that differs from the others.

Ryan, several NYs have stated things to the effect that there are no true bagels outside of New York. To this bagel-clueless, California born and raised Dorklehead, what is it that sets NY bagels a notch (or two, or three) above the rest?

I think Montreal would like a word, but a good NY bagel has a crispy and bubbly exterior with a soft, warm, fluffy, and chewy interior. A fresh bagel should always be warm and never toasted too. I think that covers the basics ...now I’m hungry |

Weather is crazy here, we had a huge heatwave all last week then this week its been storms and rain, nearly caught a cold twice as the weather changes so fast, much more likely than in freezing January.
