Any Gamers?

Any gamers on the forum? Just got a PS4 for my bday today and thrilled to have it. Wish I was posting an incoming of the Patek 5167a I want but I’ll have to wait a little longer to get it. I’ve been playing the new Madden 21 as well as fortnite.

Former. Don’t have much time these days between hobbies, work, family, travel. Would love to play the final fantasy 7 remake.

Been a long time. All the Rainbow Six games, MS Flight Sim, F1, Forza, were my jam. These days it’s all grownup sh1+. Retirement accounts, seeding the yard, kids soccer. I’d love to relive a day as a 4th grader, high school senior, and college kid just to see if my memories are half as good as I think they are. I have girls and their interest in video games all revolves around online group stuff on the iPad. They have a Switch and will barely play it. I’m getting ready to pop on a loaded out iMac and am already wondering how well the new MS Flight sim will roll in bootcamp

Happy Birthday! I'm not a big gamer but owning a PS4 comes in handy during the winters here. With inclimate weather at times limiting what can be done it's a nice escape.

I recently finished playing The Last of Us part II, it was great! I've got a few other popular games but haven't even opened some like Red Redemption 2.

There's a lot of content on the PS4 you'll enjoy.

I think the target is still holiday 2020 but much else hasn't been confirmed yet, apparently. Given the current circumstances it'll be interesting to see how this impacts the launch of that and PS5.

Game sales for existing consoles / devices were booming in the past few months for obvious reasons though.

I can’t get into modern games. Mariokart on the SNES was the highlight for me. Never found anything else that was half as good. Including the new Mariokart versions. I just play chess now.

Occasionally a little CS:Go, COD (on PC) or one of the Mario games on the switch.

How do you like CS:Go? I have only played maybe an hour total of it.

Back when I was a kid was when Counter Strike was THE game (1.3 I think is when I started) and I played it 3+ hours a day, everyday, for years until they I stopped playing during CS Source.

I was thinking about building a PC sometime soon and wanted to get back into CS.

Still seems to be the gold standard for a competitive first person shooter. I like the variance between it and the battle royal style games which have become popular recently.

Nice thing about CS:Go is that it does not require crazy hardware, and runs great on most PCs.

Haven't stopped since playing my first game of pong. Currently Xbox. Lots of various games. Strategy games, first person shooters, sports. Favorite is the MotoGP series.

Usually play RPGs, currently playing through metro exodus, although at the moment I have zero free time to play! At least the games last longer. I play on an alienware laptop

I still play the xbox one from time to time but not like I used to. Back in my highschool / college days was a huge PC gamer at one point in time (I'm ashamed to admit it) I had the 7th ranked tank in world of warcraft.

I go on the forums from time to time to see where the game is etc, but damn I do miss some of those late nights smashing keys.

Used to play warcraft quite a bit, now mostly just playing random games on Switch.
ACNH (not as much as a few months ago), finished the new Paper Mario fairly recently and now just playing some randoms until the new Mario games come out this month.
