FS: Rolex GMT Master II 16710 Coke Error Dial w/ Military Provenance

Hi everyone,

Up for sale is a Rolex GMT Master II 16710 Coke Error Dial w/Military Provenance. This GMT Master II was purchased in 2008 by a member of the US Army's Elite Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta, also known as "Delta Force". It is a timepiece that was worn in actual combat through the original owner's two tours in Afghanistan. This timepiece is also a rare variant that is a Stick Dial / Error Dial. As transitional watches to the Cerachrom bezel models, some of the 16710s have a Stick Dial that makes the variant more collectible.

Alongside the watch, inner and outer boxes and original papers, additional accessories that are specific to this watch are as follows:

- Original owner's military service records in his two tours of combat
- Original sales receipt from the AD Reed's Jewellers
- A letter from the owner of Reed's Jewellers

The watch has scuffs and scratches along the bracelet and the lugs and remains unpolished. For more photos, feel free to reach out. To preserve the bracelet, the watch is currently on an Everest strap. The bracelet is still in good condition with minimal stretch.
