Good Experience with Dallas RSC

Dropped my GMTII off at my AD on 8/14. Got the estimate for a full service ($750) a week or so later. Was told they are running slow and it would take about 8 weeks. Watch arrived at my AD yesterday 10/23.

Watch looks great. No problems. Turnaround is longer than normal as has been reported here several times, but they pretty much hit their estimated time.

Why did you send it in, what did they do or replace, have you received old parts?

No issues, just felt due for service. No parts replaced.

Same experience here. Dropped the watch off at Rolex dealer on August 9, 2020. The second hand was intermittently sticking at the 45 second location. On August 20, 2020 I received a quote from Dallas RSC that is attached, and was told to expect approximately two months for repair. And October 09, 2020 I received a call my watch was ready. The watch looks absolutely brand new and I cannot see any blemishes anywhere. Very pleased.

Same experience here. Sent in my DJ41 within a month of purchase due to running -7spd. Got it back a month later with it running no more than -1spd. Not a big fix. But I’d read of others with the 3235 issue and bad stories of sending them in multiple times with no fix. My was fixed first go around and no scratches or signs of mishandling. Plus the sweet green grave pouch! Haha

Glad it went smoothly for ya!

RSC Dallas was a great experience for me, the front desk lady was very friendly and professional. I got there on a Thursday morning, to have them look at a chipped crystal. She was like how about u pick it up Friday around lunch time? I was shocked, this was before Covid Tho.
