Help finding the new green 126610LV

So finally saw the news last month and I've fallen in love with the new green Submariner. I had been saving up to buy a Hulk but now the hunt is on to find a new 126610LV and have it engraved to keep as my forever watch– but the ones I've encountered at dealers so far have been "reserved" for customers with a longer purchase history.

Lots of folks on here with great relationships to dealers around the world– even those not currently buying from the 2020 Collection. Is there anyone willing to leverage their relationship to help me get one? I will be road-tripping from Colorado to California soon and could meet at a city or AD in-between. Please PM me if you can help out

Thanks!

That's a big ask; nice try but probably no way.

+1 that is a big favor/ask especially from someone’s who doesn’t know you. Not sure if you are trolling

it doesn't hurt to ask. maybe you will get lucky and some kind soul will help you.

but honestly, without purchase history, you will have to go gray or get really lucky from an AD. I bought a DaytonaC without purchase history, so it happens.

Please put me down for any extras you pass up. I could use some extra cash.

Jokes aside, good luck!

Prices in the hype models like Hulk and Cermit are dropping quickly. If you're patient they will just keep getting cheaper and more readily available.

These kinds of requests are totally inappropriate in every way, sorry. Why don't you man up and do the hard lifting yourself, instead of asking a bunch of folks who have not and will likely not ever know you? Ibtl.

I think this response is totally inappropriate. Guy asked if anyone can help him. The likely answer is absolutely not, but I don't think it's "inappropriate" to ask. Give the guy a break. Sheesh.

I didn’t do any digging but OP might not been as in touch with the watch world as us.

OP, if ur doing a road trip, might as well stop by all the ad on the way.

+1. If someone has a connection and they want to help OP then what’s it to you? Good grief some people on here are so pretentious.

So you're asking a complete stranger to give you $10k?

Lol I will give the guy some slack but in all honesty what were you expecting with your request. There are loads of people I would help with my relationship with my ads - mainly family. Even friends I would be a little wary off as it would have to be someone you trust completely but to help some guy off the internet that I don't know?! Er ok. Who is to say you won't flip and make money off it and then screw over the person helping you.

Maybe you want a retail Sub so you can flip it for a premium.

Wanted to buy requests like this are not allowed except in the wanted to buy forum.

Its essentially a wanted to buy for retail price advertisement.
