That looks huge on the wrist and NOMOS does themselves no favor with the long lugs. I owned a Club Campus and sold it for this reason.

That's my wife wrist which is indeed a bit small for the watch (but she loves it still despite being a bit too big).
On mine the watch fall perfectly and the thinnest watch I ever own which is quite pleasing

I will agree that the watch wears very thin and that is the one thing I love about it. The issue I had with mine was the lug length. If the lugs were each 1 to 2 mm shorter it would have been the perfect watch and I would have never parted with it.
