Is it possible

to get an AP ROO for 10-12K? The ROO is by far my favorite watch but seems like there isnt anything on the market for less thank 16K

I think you won't get any decent ROO below 14k in my opinion. If you plan on spending this kind of money on a watch (luxury item), a few thousand dollars shouldn't affect your wallet.

As per above - do not stretch yourself for a watch.

Be wary of any exceptionally cheap ROO examples, you will end up repaying that difference in a service

Any ROO <14k is probably not worth going after. Now that I have had a whole week with my AP I can assure you it's worth the wait. Patience will pay off big time.
