116610LN Authenticity Verification
There is a sub for sale on reddit and there doesn't seem to be any immediate red flags at first but want to get some second thoughts before anything goes through. It is a private seller out of Chicago and is giving a pretty good deal on it. Seems like a straight guy with no tricks or anything and agreed to paypal for buyers protection and insured shipping. The watch is a bit beat up but nothing a clean up can't do. He also emailed me a copy of a warranty receipt from rolex this summer and says box and papers are included with the sale.
I have attached the photos from his post and a photo he posted about two years ago on his reddit account of the same watch. Is there any thing that throws a red flag that I didn't catch? Also a bit new to second hand purchases so is there any way to get it verified by someone after purchasing it? |

Looks fine from here. Only red-flag would be doing a deal with a stranger off of Reddit. So, just be sure ALL your bases are covered if you proceed (as in: payment via PayPal G&S only, preferably using a CC). Good luck.

Credit card on Paypal only and if seller asks for friends and family then dont do it. There is no recourse with friends and family if there ends up being a problem.
