Blue BB58 Exceeds Expectations

Walked into my AD to say hello and to check out the Omega SMP. Then, they brought out a blue BB58. Tried it on and I was amazed. I had to walk out with it.

Honestly, when this watch first came out -- I was underwhelmed by it. It looked boring and plain to me... But in person the shade of midnight blue is really something else. The matte blue dial with aluminum bezel pairs exceptionally well.

The watch sits low on the wrist. The lugs and case dimensions is perfect IMO. This is the first BB58 I see in person and I was impressed by the quality of it. The bezel, bracelet and clasp are all fantastic. The one and only gripe I have with it is there is no easy link or quick adjustability in the clasp. Luckily, I was able to get a perfect fit.

It's a great under the radar, no nonsense watch and it fits perfect in my 'blue theme' collection.

Anyways just wanted to share it.

Yes, I do realize the stickers are on the Tudor in this pic. They are now removed :)

Great watch - superb value and just all round fun to wear.

Nice collection too... I see a cool theme of a bit of blue on all of your watches

I continue to be impressed with what Tudor has been putting out lately.

If you like their style of watches, I find it hard to beat from a price / feature perspective..

I’ve had mine a few weeks now and I honestly love it. Was initially a little concerned about the Nato but its actually very cool/understated. Very comfortable to wear too.

I got an email from my AD in the UK to say my enquiry for a BB58-Blue was now available and if you purchase it online (via a link) you can come and collect (given we are in our second national covid lockdown here). I had forgotten that i had registered for the watch, but was a nice surprise to get the mail - so proceeded to purchase it and collected it yesterday...what a watch, I have a Sub and a SMP, and I would say its on a par with the Sub for all intents and purposes, and wears just about as perfectly as the SMP - it is really at this price point a fantastic watch, prob the best watch pound for pound in terms of bang for buck on the market...over joyed at the BB58 Blue...

Very nice. Congrats.

These have really been growing on me a lot lately. They seem a little understated and less flashy like you mentioned, but honestly that’s where the appeal is growing in it for me. They have a sort of understated elegance, and just seem like they could be a fantastic daily wearer/only watch. Not saying understated to detract anything from the watch, it just comes out more elegant and proper compared to so much of what we see today, something that is really more timeless I guess.

There’s a good reason why so many, like myself have both the original and the blue. They really are that great to have and to wear.

Man you've managed to capture the blue better than most pics I've seen online. And that's a very thought out and purposeful collection! Consider me jealous over here
