Skydweller Blue on RubberB strap

Skydweller is a pretty hefty 42mm watch, so was thinking how does RubberB wear with them (instead of a bracelet)?
And which color combination to choose from?

Am looking forward to a blue Skydweller steel, and had the following RubberB colors to consider; blue/blue, blue/red, black/black.

Note : Photos aren't mine. Using for reference. Most are taken from Instagram and RubberB (credit to owners).

BLUE / BLUE

BLUE / RED

BLACK / BLACK

Never cared for rubber straps but this one is an exception. Beautiful. Enjoy.

I’m with Sami. Don’t really like rubber but the blue one looks good

Looks OK but it's not for me. Much prefer the original.

Black Sky with black Rubberb is quite sleek to look at. Matches very well both of them.
Amazing setup

I quite like it but I’ve a feeling that when you put it back on bracelet you’ll never take it off again. Happened to me with my Daytona - wanted to put it on a black rubber b for years, finally did and quite liked it, then put it back on bracelet and was like ‘oh this is much better’.

I had that same feeling with the BLNR fitting an Everest rubber then Everest fabric then back to bracelet. Somehow bracelet is a comfortable option.

Just curious whether RubberB would be better than Everest in overall quality and feel

I agree.... I've just put an Omega Planet Ocean on rubber (the factory Omega rubber - not cheap). It looks good, but it will go back on the bracelet at some point.

I have a Sky Dweller and have looked at the rubber straps - but the Oyster bracelet is too good, just works too well with it.

PS - I see you're in Devon. Where I was born and bred. :)

I think a Sky Dweller on a rubber strap looks unbalanced and a bit economy class. Just my personal opinion. Your watch, your choice.

Rolex seem to agree with you. Rubber straps on Sky Dwellers are definitely in.

This is true but the titanium reinforced oyster flex strap with the precious metal end links is in a different league to rubber b. I agree that the aftermarket rubber straps just don’t cut it here.

For sure. One wouldn't expect any less. Still looks like a rubber strap though. Which it is really. All be it a technically marvellous one.

I’m a huge fan of rubber straps on subs but this doesn’t do it for me. To each their own though, if you’re happy with it that’s all that matters!

I've got a Blue Sky and quite like the look, not sure if I would do it but it's fairly nice.

Bit Aquanauty!!

I don't like off-road wheels on an S class.

Heres mine on RubberB. Tones down the bling so I can feel comfortable wearing it daily. Fits perfectly comfortable on my wrist.

I agree on toning down the bling. More wearable.
That's a nice 2T combo with RubberB.
