My experience is a poor one. Ordered a U-Boat from them, and went to pick it up only to be told they hadn't got it in yet. I had travelled 1.5 hours into London to get it ! No call, no apology, no reason..
Not the most proffessional outfit in my opinion. I then bought mine from a place called Galio in St.Albans. Similar stockists to Jura, but with a very warm friendly service. Good discount too. Very happy. Their number is 01727 860329. Any questions - please PM. Good luck, Dan
