FS or Trade: LNIB Grand Seiko SBGA427 Soko Special Edition $4,500 OBO

For sale is a near mint SBGA427 SOKO Special Edition “light” with a vertical texture dial made to represent the bamboo forests of Arashiyama in Kyoto, Japan. Watch measures 39mm in diameter and 12.3mm thick and has the 9R65 spring drive movement with an approximate power reserve of 72 hours which is accurate to +/-1 second per day or +/-15 seconds per month. Watch features a power reserve indicator and date function. Power reserve and seconds hand are done in a beautiful green.

Selling the watch as it doesn’t get as much wrist time as i had thought it would and i feel it’s a little too similar to my Rolex Explorer.

Watch was purchased from a US authorized Grand Seiko dealer in October, 2020. Watch has only been worn a handful of times and shows virtually no signs of use. Some very faint hairline scratches on the 3 o’clock side of the case.
