My first VC, a bit surprise...
Hi Guys and Gals! After getting my very first AP, I decide to go for a VC! Sadly the 4500V blue dial is just too big so I save some money and went for the fifty six 4600E blue dial which looks fab on the net! As one can expect the dial is gorgeous and it is a thin watch. The case and movement finish is exquisite! On my thin wrist (<16cm dia <5cm wrist span) it fits a bit too big for a dressy watch. It looks even bigger than the 40mm nautilus/aquanaut let alone the 37mm AP I recently acquire! It does looks good with most outfit! Overall, I’m happy with it! It will be perfect if they ditch the date and make the case slightly smaller eg. 39!

Congratulations! I like it - you've got some heavy weights in that collection for it to compete with though...

It is gorgeous watch
and in my opinion there is no reason to be worried
about its size. I expect that you will get used to it over the time.

Love mine as well….in the silver dial configuration. And I think the size works for this as it can really tip toe the line between dress and dressed down. I suspect you will like it’s versatility.

Beautiful watch. Just curious, but did you look at the 37mm overseas? I really haven't seen those around.

Congratulations. I agree that this watch would be perfect if it didn't have the date and was 39mm. Nice collection too!

Congrats! Great collection as well!
As suggested by RobHK above, you could look at the 37mm 2300V blue dial if you're looking for an Overseas to mainly wear on a bracelet. They include rubber and alligator in the kit just like the larger sizes. Also, the 41mm models wear visually smaller on rubber than bracelet. The black or blue dials look smaller than silver. That might be something to consider. |
