I really hadn’t thought about this watch and bought it aight unseen
But the more I wear it the more I like it. I’ve been wearing it more than my Bluesy. The rose gold is a little more subtle than the yellow and the watch is incredibly comfortable. Thinking about adding the rhodium dial because I like the watch so much.

The YachtMaster is a true masterpiece in my humble judgement and is probably the most misunderstood watch in modern watchmaking.
As much as I admire it, it's unlikely that I'll ever have one, as it's always been just beyond my self-imposed price limit for watches. You never know, though.

Tried one on recently at the AD. Just on a whim, really.
I was struck by how much I liked it. Seeing it sitting in the case it didn’t do much for me, but when I wore it it really popped. Moved right up to the top of my list after that. |

I had the chance to buy this watch last jan, I walked in to my AD and it was the ONLY SS sitting in the case. It looked beautiful sitting in the case, but when i tried it on it wasn’t for me. Congrats OP

The YM line is so underrated, you have to see it in person to truly appreciate it! The daytona-liked slim profile is what many overlooked, assuming it wears like a sub given the bezel looks like one. In my opinion, it is slim and stylish and very comfortable to wear!
Congratulations in finding this gem in the rough! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
