An old Jewish doctor was getting pensioned and he had a big jar with abet 2000 foreskins he had operated during his life.

He took the jar to his shoemaker friend and told him to do something nice to his wife out of them.

One week later he returned and got a very small purse for coins.

He was disappointed, but the shoemaker told "It's special if your wife rubs it very gently for a while it will turn into a suitcase!"
