2021 BLRO on Oyster @DavidSW

DavidSW has the new 2021 BLRO on Oyster. $28K WTH!!

Power to those ppl with the funds and the desire to be among the first. I'm envious...Personally I can't justify spending 29K on a brand new watch with an MSRP of 10K.

I'm still waiting for mine...and probably will forever be waiting if this continues

I saw a 2021 BLNR-Oyster pop up on IG within the last couple of days, so apparently they are slowly making their way into the wild.

On Sunday my AD said he was expecting the new releases mid-late June... hoping he can get me one earlier but (thankfully) I'm in no rush.

That’s really crazy pricing, but for some people $30k is pocket money so someone will bite

Jeez.

Can’t you buy a oyster bracelet for around 2k? Sounds like the way I’d go if I were a BLNR or BLRO owner but I’m not. Never have. Not a fan of multiple color bezels.

Considering the market hasn't been set for these yet, I'd imagine we'll see all sorts of crazy prices thrown out there to start.

I was able to pick up the 78200 bracelet from AD last week, just haven't gotten around to placing it on the BLRO. Looks exactly the same.

A lot of people have a lot of disposable income so to them, $28k is peanuts.

In your heart you will know it’s not the same though.

You can put the oyster on your BLRO and sell it for 28k

78200 can be placed on the 126710BLRO?

I have the 116710BLNR which was on Oyster, but my AD was able to order me an extra 78200 as I wanted to place my BLRO on Oyster. (I had ordered this before the new ones were announced)

It fits perfect no gaps, etc. just have to use the BLRO spring bars.

It'll be a bit tough to order one, just have to find an AD to order it for you.

I'll shoot you a PM.

Maybe this will become the new trend. Oyster on side and jubilee on other. Lol

No offence, but I think the cyclops is mis-aligned (count clockwise).

Never even noticed this but I'm guessing it's how I took the picture but I'll have it looked at.

The 2021 GMT Oyster bracelet I think has a different model reference. However, I'm intrigued to see what the difference is between it and your 78200.

Yes, the newer reference is 79200. It most likely has slight changes, I'm guessing the spring bar shaft width within the endlink, the 116710 reference uses thicker spring bars but placing the 126710 spring bars through the 78200 there was no give/wobble or extra room. So really not sure what the other differences might be.

These dumb price ticker threads are part of the “hype.”

Humm. Might as well buy the unworn BLRO on jubilee he has for $24k and just buy the oyster bracelet separately. Both bracelets and still less expensive.

Why not spend a little more than the 28k and get the WG BLRO? That's what I would do
