Overheard other day at an AD...

A young couple walked in and headed over to the Rolex section and overheard them commenting on all the empty display cases when the female finally said "Looks like they're going out of business." lol

Then, the security guard (who is a super cool dude) walked over and told them everything -- laid out the roadmap for Rolex.

(Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I'm pretty sure I saw that super-cool security guard riding a dead horse to work.

Maybe the security guard rode something else and the cuckold husband had to watch.

Have to agree forum is getting more like one of those so called social media crap sites each day, it was once a forum about Rolex watches and the history of the brand.

It’s probably like that because there are no Rolex watches available to talk about or review?

Unfortunately posts about Rolex history or brand are not very popular.

Now if it's about TS, price gouging, or the word "Panda," there will be pages of responses.

LOL

In Vegas a few weeks back other non-Rolex store employees were joking even Rolex has no Rolex watches.

After reviewing some of the grumpy pants' post history outta curiousty, I've learned that the grumpiness being displayed here is not only highly selective, but hilariously hypocritical too. Funny stuff.

Haters gonna hate.

PS: Even the very title of this forum clearly states "Rolex General Discussion. Join a discussion or start a new one. This forum is for Rolex & Tudor related topics only.", which is precisely what the OP was about, but we certainly don't wanna let facts like that get in the way of feelings here. lol

im a new member and i dont mean to offend anyone, but i happen to have the opposite opinion of some posts above, i like these light hearted threads mixed in. i dont know any of the forum members but i do enjoy everyones personality

this website is a bright spot for me everyday, its a place where i can see things i normally would never see and read intelligent discussion about something im passionate about but basically only get to share with strangers

great collection of people, many, if not all of whom are erudite, successful type

That's impossible since people who insist on looking to be offended will always inevitably be offended by something. Always. They can't help it. It's the way they're wired.

Just smile and nod.
