GMT Master 2 in for its 3rd service
I purchased my GMT 2 (coke) in early 2009 from a authorized dealer (Jareds) in TN. This watch has a ref 3186 movement and a "stick"dial.
Early this year, it started losing a hr a day. Ive sent my watch to a authorized dealer for a service. Ive read that Rolex have made some updates to the 3186. Will Rolex pay to update the 3186 in my GMT? Ill call the AD next week and see what they say.. |

They do replace the earlier jump hour spring-clip that was breaking, with the updated and stronger spring-clip.

If an update is done to a movement then you will get that update during the service, this is included in the cost (or free of charge if a warranty service is needed).
