PM SkyDweller owners. Need some help

Ok guys just wondering for those who own one or just simply know the answer can you please tell me the weight in grams.

Just trying to get an idea of wrist heft.

I’ve searched here and on Google and all I can find is 2 websites stating 249.

That can’t be right can it?

My SS model weighs in around 175 grams and my RG 126715 is at 212. So there’s no way 249 is right. Right?

To think there’s only around a 75 gram difference between SS and RG/WG/YG doesn’t seem right. I read on a Bobs Watches Complete Reference Guide on the SkyD that a full PM version weighs almost 400 Grams which seems a tad unrealistic. So which is it? 249 or this ridiculous 400 statement.

Sorry for the long post. Just eyeing a few online and want to know what I might be getting myself in to.

This seems right. My RG SkyD minus 2 links also around 240 grams. The platinum Daytona minus 2 links weights around 270 grams. PM SkyD is hefty.

Don’t forget it’s 18k gold so definitely not as heavy as pure material.

I would think in the 240's would be right. Had one a few years back, and it was noticeably heavier than PM GMT or sub.

A fully linked RG SkyD is in the 250s from memory. I weighed my RG one but I cant find the picture atm.

There are a few grams give or take due to the scale ppl use and the calibration

Thank you everyone!!! I guess the 240"s were correct. Just figured that when you swap everything from SS to gold the difference would be more. But then again I dont know the finer points of what SS and Gold weigh in the same amounts.

Just seems that when you swap a SS bracelet and SS case for gold in both the weight would be more. Anyway thank you again to everyone that helped. Appreciate it.

Don’t forget Sky dweller already has Gold beze so that weight is already there for SS.

Yeah I left that out in my head calculations. Gold vs Gold

Thank you though. Still baffles me that PM vs SS is only about 75 grams but I've made peace with it

It’s a big watch but the movement is a lot more complex and heavier.

The biggest/heaviest is the 18k YMII with 210 grams of just gold. This doesn’t include the bezel or movement.

WOW! Thank you for doing all of those. Awesome pics. Very very informative

How in the hell can the AP on a rubber strap weigh almost the same as a full PM SkyD???

Maybe your scale is not working properly?
