Cellini Moonphase....
Any love for this watch on here? I know Cellini doesn't get all the love and hype that most do, but something about this watch I really like. I don't really get dressed up much, but I love the dial being so simple with only the Rolex text on it, and it's the first moon phase Rolex has made in 50 years which seems really cool and interesting.

It's out of my league, but the Cellini line is very nice.
They are not so popular with the WIS crowd, but they must be popular with someone, because they keep making them.

Most popular with someone indeed...
Well I don't own it either, I just love it's simple dial and just maybe someday I might consider adding it. |

Tried it and loved it but…
Found it too conspicuous and I have a 7in wrist… it’s due to the fact that it’s a 40mm white-dial watch with hardly any bezel. 39 or 38mm would have been perfect for a dress watch that has a lot of white! As Jack Forster said: the Swiss never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity Not my pic but it’ll give you an idea why the watch is a tad too big for a dress watch:

I love what Rolex has done with them. Just can’t justify getting one.

I tried one on with a diamond bezel. I love diamond dials, but really don’t usually care for diamond bezels. My wrist still hasn’t forgiven me for taking that one off. I should have walked out with it.

Would love to see a pic of that. Didn't think they made one with a diamond bezel.

If I was looking for a moonphase, dressier type watch, this would be a consideration.

I would be looking towards another brand for this type of my watch myself. - especially at the price point.

If rumors come true, and Rolex phase out the current Cellini, then, as a speculator, the moon phase might be the one to own.

I’ve grown to love Rolex’s eccentric and brilliant re-imaging of the moon phase complication. If I could afford a gold watch, this would be it.
And, in no particular order, it’s 39mm, not 40. And the moon phase complication is totally real, and super accurate. To owners of this beauty, congrats. It’s a stunner.

I think its a stunner. I have a JLC MUT Moonphase in rose gold with diamond bezel. If I did not have that I would 100% have one in my collection.

The moon phase is the one to own. I have one and it is simply stunning. One day this will be a huge collector piece in my opinion
