Very suspicious seller

Three expensive watches, including a WG Daytona with 2 stock pictures, (also an AP and Romain Jerome), all priced with BIN, just doesn't look right...

hmmm...i read his feedback, goes all the way back to 2001. he's had two bad incidents:
(1) he sent a watch that was not the watch pictured and (2) he delayed sending a watch for a long time. as is usual with ebay, i'm not sure how this guy ends up with a 100% positive rating, with those types of transactions(albeit, old ones) on his 'record' with them. the 100% rating conveys a sense of security for the buyer, which is not deserved. much of the feedback is on small items such as leather bands.....not sure what to make of this guy.
