Icon20 I'm in the process of acquiring a New or Pre-owned Rolex for Father's Day....

Need advice and a little help from all the experts in this site, I have the opportunity to buy a Rolex for Father's Day, but not sure which one to buy or which one will hold it's value the most over time. I can afford the GMT Master II, DateJust (new model), Submariner and SeaDweller. I currently own a 15 year old Omega Speedmaster Date all Stainless Steel, and looking to refurbish it and sell it on ebay in the future. Can someone give me some piointers to help me out on this hard desicion and expensive one too.

Cheers,

Welcome to the Forum!

Can you tell us a little about your father? For instance, does he travel - GMT w/24 hour hand will assist in keeping two time zones.

Datejust is a little classier/dress watch.

For sport watches - Submariner, GMT, and SeaDweller.

Is your father a big person, the SeaDweller may look better on a larger wrist.

I am sure the one you get him will be appreciated by him!

What type of watch does he wear now?
