FS: 1990 Rolex GMT-Master II "Pepsi" Ref. 16710 with Box, Manuals, & RSC Service Card
Overview:
Rolex came out with the GMT-Master II ref. 16710 in approximately 1989, and it was in production until 2007. Rolex offered this reference with three bezel variations, "Pepsi," "Coke," and an all-black option. The big innovation with the GMT-Master II, from the original GMT-Master, was the updated movement, which allowed for independent operation of the GMT hand, thus enabling the ability to effectively tell time in a third time zone. The Complete Picture: “E” serial number dates the production of this watch between 1990 and 1991. This timepiece is in overall excellent pre-owned condition. Comes with the blue and red "Pepsi" insert. Hands and dial are original tritium and do not glow. All photos are of the actual watch being sold. Powered by Rolex’s Calibre 3185 self-winding mechanical movement which contains 31 jewels and has an approximate 50-hour power reserve.
