Pictures would be handy, but:

Fixed bars - good
No Date - good
Countdown bezel - interesting
Face/dial - horrible
Ti - unappealing
Velcro strap - dissapointing

Everyone's saying fixed (i.e. welded) spring bars, but it's a one-piece case incorporating slots for the NATO or fabric/rubber strap, which kind of makes the 'FXD' (FiXeD) name a misnomer. Interesting watch though, and I like it.

In ss ,absolutely .Titanium ..I have no titanium in my collection .Dont like the weight or colour .

It just does nothing for me. I have no feelings either way, but prefer BB58 for less or Seamaster 300 for more money!

As I’ve said on other threads, I absolutely love the look of it, but G2 titanium and the fixed/one-piece bars kills it for me.

In SS or G5 titanium with normal spring bars or even screwed bars, and I’d be all over it. I’ve always just disliked one piece straps - too bulky, they add height to the watch, and I don’t like the trailing end that needs folding back on itself 73 times. This one is a real shame for me as I think it looks superb otherwise.

The crown, the case shoulders and the bezel are signs Tudor is moving in the right direction.
I hope they get implemented on future references (not necessarily as large as this one).

People can complain all they want, but it’s a proper tool watch in a way that has not been done for a while designed from the very folks that need it to function as a tool. As such, it was never meant to be for everyone or a show off piece for the instabooks. Given this, the general public can kick tires all they want, it’s not really for them who will just wear it as jewelry and use their phones to tell the time.

The color is great the size is great the bezel is well just strange and the spring bars or lack of… well that’s just not for me. It’s a hard pass for me

I personally love it for what it is and want to see it in my wrist before I decide to buy it. The non bracelet factor only matters if this is your only watch, which Tudor and other brands are realizing that people have multiple high end watches now so they can offer up different watches that aren't the norm.

If someone makes a aftermarket rubber or NATO that just clips on, that would be cool so you don't have to add to the height of the case with a strap going under it. Apparently from a couple hands on videos I've seen the rubber is really thin which is a nice feature.

Well, my watch landed about an hour ago and its a belter!

Couldn't be happier to be honest. The strap is super comfy and the watch is very light. I would recommend trying one on before deciding wither way. I am confident if you see it in the flesh you will love it.

I like the fixed lugs, the colour, the size, the inscription on the back.

I do not like the fixed lugs, velcro, countdown bezel, prefer a date.

Make one with a regular bezel, regular bracelet, and a date.

Or in other words make the regular model in that colour and size.

I have to admit the FXD is the first Tudor to get me going! I like what I've seen so far in photos and from what I've read in articles (the countdown bezel would be an interesting counterpart to my 5-digit Sub´s time-elapsed bezel!). But I have to reserve judgement until I've actually seen one and tried one on...probably a long wait for that to happen!

But thank goodness there's no date window. I hate date windows.
