I think "allanofcalifornia" just bought one. Not sure if it's exactly the same watch.

Thats a stunning watch. Is the dial an extra cost item or can it be specified on a new watch instead of the usual white or black??

that dial is only available on the WG daytona 116509 or some of the other white gold daytona's with the leather or croc straps. |

I am not sure how much Rolex would charge, but TempoKIng has ordered a couple he might be able to give you and Idea.

They've slipped up, there's actually room for a little bit more graffiti on that dial

It may be a trifle busy but I still think it is the nicest modern Daytona dial thus far.
It does come with the 116519 variant. It was featured on the Rolex web site a couple of weeks ago.

I wonder how it would look with red hands on the smaller dials.
From a practical point of view it does not look easy to see where the black hands are pointing at a glance against the black dials. |

Would have to agree with you on that one, I think red hands on the sub dials would finish it off nicely and be more practical but you can't help but love that dial!!
