On the surf ….

Not the intended purpose for a Daytona, probably more suited to a submariner.

But still, a very successful session!

Cool pics.

Nice to see a Daytona accompanying someone on an adventure. That’s what they are made for.

Yeah. Come to think about it…

This is the first picture as long as I can remember that a Daytona wasn’t pictured at a desk or in a warm room.

Good for you taking that beast out in the wild.

Love seeing these watches get used!

Had a chat with a guy in the summer who told me I should take my GMT Pepsi off to go for a swim in a pool, he was wearing a Sea-Dweller.

Impressive. How long were you out to catch all of those? Live bait or lure?

That was just over an hours worth of fishing. Sometimes everything comes together nicely,
It was one of those days for sure.

Believe it or not, most of these were taken on Soft plastics …. They really work so well.

On the surf ….

Naw. That’s the perfect watch. Sand would just get into the rotating bezel of the sub.

I got twitchy when wearing my SS Daytona when just about to do a 18m scuba-dive. Psychologically bailed and gave it to my wife. I'm sure it would have been fine.

Yea you would have been fine. Mine is WG and much softer than SS. Honestly, any SS can be used as a beater, they are so tough, you can do anything and it won’t show.
