I think that’s a really good choice for your first GS. Congrats on the purchase!

Just when I'm trying to practice a little restraint. Man that SBGA471 is calling my name.

Love the dials but I’m not crazy about the case shapes, especially the Hi-Beat.

I do like the ones posted by Deuxani a lot.

You aren’t crazy about the 44GS and 62GS? 😂 that’s awesome.

He means that those are basically the two most recognised and dare I say "iconic" GS case designs from the 1960s.

Wasn’t being snide. What beast said. They are iconic. I actually thought it was refreshing you were like “nah, those cases aren’t for me”. An unbiased take on two icons.

That’s my absolute favorite case they make! Different strokes. I’ve chewed through like 30 GS, finally drew that conclusion

Nice looking watches and gorgeous dials, could be tempting, but still a hard pass on account of the same ol' GS bracelet. At least they are throwing in a free strap to address the bracelet shortcomings.

The strap is not free, if you buy one you will have paid for it but I understand what you are saying. My AD said they were told they will have these watches this week. Waiting to go in and see them.

I went to the boutique in NYC today. They did not have them in yet. But they shared some nice pictures with me. I'm thinking of putting down a deposit. Would be my first GSName: Screenshot_20220106-125936_Instagram (1).jpg
