Would you replace this 14270 dial if there’s a chip on the marker?

I’ve a Rolex 14270 Swiss Only dial (birth year watch) that I got it slightly below the current market price awhile back. It has a small damage on the dial on the 35 min marker as seen in the picture with a chip. I’ve looked closer using the loupe and confirm it’s a chip, most likely caused by a previous watchmaker.

Would you replace the dial if you were me? Or would you leave it as it is. Kinda bugs me that the dial has some imperfections not caused by ageing, most of the similar ref dosent have any dial defects like this.

Thank you! It’s a perfect piece. I’m getting it serviced now and will be my daily wear :). It’s pretty much impossible to find another Swiss Only dial replacement for sale. Maybe I shall live with it, the chip adds “character”.
