116519 white dial w dots ever exist?
hi guys, saw this specific compilation on a watch selling website. i kinda like it but have a strong feeling that it is not official, the white dials i recall only came with Arabic number.
Can anyone tell me if this ever existed / released by rolex for 116519? many thx! |

Because some sellers will say anything to make a sale.

With my experience, anything is possible. One way to be certain is the warranty card or papers.
My suspicion is that they harvested the premium dial and replaced it with a basic stainless 116520 dial, but at the same time I’ve seen the 520 black dial on the 116519 and was confirmed by the warranty papers. |

But I have never seen the WG Daytona with the same white dial as stainless. The WG Daytona always had Arabics on it |

I don’t recall that being a factory design.

I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking but I had one like that in stainless steel.
Confirm the reference number and search around. Info will pop up. Or wait here. Good luck. |

I believe he’s asking whether this dial belongs to a steel model rather than a white gold model.

Not sure if this helps but I had a 2007 model that had the numeric white dial. The one shown wasn’t available then as I recall on the wg, was from the steel

Would be very surprised if that turned out not to be a replica

Thanks guys for replying. i did ask the seller but they cannot confirm and there is no card or paper comes with the watch. However, a good bro of mine provided this page to me from a Japan rolex guide book and my question is solved. Share for your reference. *Surprisingly, the black dial (look the same as SS black dial) does apply in WG version but not the SS white dial.
