I put my AD on a wait list

As we all know global supply chains are a mess right now, everything from cars, watches, electricals and even timber.

My relationship with my AD is pretty healthy so when they wanted to purchase something last week that they know I sell a lot of they came to me. Trouble is what they want is extremely hard to get stock of and what stock we do get goes to our key accounts ( big global customers).

It was with much glee I was able to let my AD know that I was registering their interest in the products in question and would add them to the wait list.

We both got a great laugh out of it. I did try and sell them some stuff they dont need or want, letting them know it will improve the place in the wait list and had them in laughing and laughing loud.

The AD in question knows I am not joking either and said they are happy to be the one on the wait list for a change. It made me laugh and figure a few of you will get a chuckle out of what transpired.

I sell enterprise tech, the place I work for also moves metric tons of EUC devices like laptops and accessories per month. They are all very hard to get items due to global work from home policies.

I'm guessing RATs, you know OP i hope this works, give them some of their own medicine...

Be like buy these N95 masks and hand sanitisers and you can have some RATs

Actually you said global customers, hardly think you're exporting RATs...

what do you sell?

So great. You're making justice, and are official our superhero. hehe. Good stuff. Hope it's a PP AD as well -- that'd be sick.

The thread title was funny in itself; should've stopped there.
