kurono tokyo

What are your thoughts on this Japanese brand?

Personally I think the watch looks beautiful. Haven’t re-search the movement but would love others opinions.

I have doubts in the sincerity of this brand. They're marketed as very Japanese, very self-exclusive image. But their online store and shipments seem to be from Singapore and even the brand is owned by a Singaporean company.

Used to like their JDM models (chrono tokyo). Thought they're kinda nice. But hate their attitude ever since they went international with the Kurono name. Choosing customers, restricting supplies, LE straps (seriously?) etc. Some JDM models were sitting unsold on JDM watch store https://www.neuve-a.net/TiCTAC/shop/c/c100634/ when internationally they say they couldn't produce enough watches. Eventually they stopped doing the JDM models.

I think they have some great looking watches.

I have noticed my Rolex is a bit more accurate in timekeeping. Perhaps an adjustment is needed?
