Rolex Warranty and Service

Hi, just wondering can we send the Rolex watch for a complete service during the warranty period, if the accuracy is off?

Will the service centre charge for the service during warranty period?

What is covered for free of charge during warranty period?

Thanks

For warranty work, they’ll evaluate the issue and fix it. Sometimes that means demagnetizing the watch and sending it back. Sometimes it means a service of the movement.

Can we request for a complete service when the warranty is about to expire ?
Any tricks for this?

From my experience Rolex will refuse to service it unless the watch isn't keeping time. Rolex AD's hate accepting watches for service/repair - atleast in NY.

You can request anything you want but will pay if there's nothing wrong with the watch.

No, there is no trick to getting a free service the watch doesn't need.
