SkyD white dial consolidation

I traded my DJ2 fluted bezel and blue dial and SD43 TT for a this SkyD with a white dial, I've learned that I can't collect multiple watches as I always actually want something else (without the ability to keep the others)

Liking it so far and the novelty of a Rolex with more than a date and depth rating and ring command bezel is quite nifty.

Great watch, beautiful. I would’ve kept the blue DJ and traded them SD43 TT. Pretty fair trade with minimal money going back.

Congratulations!! I love my SkyD. Have never seen another one in the wild. Most people don’t recognize it at all. Love that.

Looks good.

I have the white & gold TT Sky D and love it but I am looking for the SS variant in white. Can't decide on jubilee or oyster, however.

Thank you the for kind words, yes it looks big! But in person it looks no where near that size it's the curse of the camera phone lens.

The command bezel is very intuitive to use without referring to the manual as well.

It's a great watch. Congratulations. If you like the fit and style, you can't go wrong with a Sky Dweller.

I think a lot of the size is in the thickness… alas, it looks great on your wrist.

Congrats, I can’t wait to join the club when my AD delivers me a black dial version.

That is true, as you can see from the picture I hadn't set the month correctly at that stage mainly because I couldn't see the red indicator with my old eyes it was hiding behind the cyclops (which I very much need)

To me it's the no.1 Rolex! You did well, congrats. Such a special reference with the extra complication.

Congratulations, I think you’ve traded well.

The SkyD is a beautiful piece, and wears well on a larger wrist.

Enjoy.

Thank you, if only I had a larger wrist! My wrist is only 7.2 inch and quite oval so for me the lug to lug is at the max for my wrist (but I like that full spread look but not over hang obviously) bracelet is set at 11 links but I have the easy link 5mm engaged "in" for a snug fit i.e. leaving an indentation which suits a small/medium wrist better.

I got the call for a white skydweller after asking for a white daytona.

I feel you on the consolation.
