My dad’s Omega. My dad was a very frugal accountant, and I remember him wearing only cheap digitals in the ‘80s-‘90s. Last year, I asked him to mail me his old watches, thinking there could be a cool old Casio or something in there. When the package arrived, I pulled out a sock containing a ball of watches, and, among all the junk, was this Omega. It turns out he got it as a wedding present, and he never wore it after I was born. I can’t believe he had an Omega this whole time and never mentioned it. Typical dad move.

My most favorite non Rolex, Breitling TT Navitimer. I’ve had it for almost 30 years.

Thx! One of the reeeeeally cool things with the Dynamic is how you change straps. You use a secondary screw-on back washer. The normal threaded washer is for a leather strap, the one with lugs is for the (optional) bracelet you install first, then use the threaded washer to secure it to the timepiece's case. The Red Tool is what you use to remove and reattach the threaded washer bit.

Pretty cool actually, and takes seconds to change 'em.

Back in 1971 they got His & Hers matching timepieces.

My Tag Heuer Formula One Alarm. The first watch my wife bought me over ten years ago when we were broke kids and spending $1,000ish on it back then was a bigger sacrifice than buying my James Cameron this year. She’s always supported me in work and life, and this piece is a daily reminder of that. It’s the only watch I’ll never sell no matter what.

Thank you my friend I’m really loving it

I’m actually booked for a conference in October in Vancouver so I’m hoping to see the sales associate that sold it me.
