Up for sale is a very special timepiece. The Mille Miglia is already a great find in solid 18k gold, and this one here is even more so, as it is 1 of only 5 pieces made to commemorate the Argentinian 1000 Miglia race.

Even if the particular race in Argentina doesn't have any significance to you, there is probably the rarest (and most striking) spec for a GT XL.

The blue lume on the hands and numerals around the outside of the dial add to the sporty look, but with case and bezel being made fully of solid 18k gold, it looks like anything but a standard sport chrono.

With the open caseback and limited numbering, perlage textured dial, and decorated movement, this timepiece is a perfect blend of luxurious high horology and sporty daily wearer.
