Anyone Going to Sturgis?

Anyone riding to Sturgis this year? We'll be leaving August 1 (Saturday) from Dallas. Anyone interested in riding up with us, PM me.

Looks like I'll be taking the Springer this year and leave the bagger home. Should be a great ride.

Springer.

Possibly. I haven't been back to Sturgis since 2005.

Are you camping, staying at a hotel or just winging it?

John, have a great time out in Sturgis and don't party too hard. South Dakota is an amazing state with the Badlands, black Hills and Mt. Rushmore!!!

To Stanley and the others. I'll be staying in a "no-tell" motel anyway from the harsh rains that always seem to come through during bike week.

Hopefully they'll be some great pics to post later. The guy I'm riding there with is making his first trip to the Black Hills so it should be extra fascinating for him. This will be number eight for me.

I thought maybe I'd see if anyone else was going from Dallas that might want to ride along with us. Cheers to everyone.

Not this year, John. Actually the only time I was in Sturgis I rode through there in May. Man, during the non bike week season that place is less than a one horse town. Have a good time and looking forward to some pics afterwards.

Ride safely.
