Doxa Army Reissue 2022
Not sure if this has been posted here yet but saw it a few days ago and had to eventually share. This brand was always of interest to me but with ceramic bezels they've got my attention.
Images from the Doxa website and Google I seem to like this bracelet option on their site quite a bit also: A lot of watch for the money it seems. https://doxawatches.com/collections/doxa-army https://www.fratellowatches.com/doxa...oxa-army/#gref |

I’ve been checking Doxa out for while but never able to pull the trigger. This new colour way is bringing me that much closer to pushing me over

I have the "original" reissue from Analog/Shift & Watches of Switzerland. It is a very fun and unique piece.

Nice one. Beads of rice bracelet is comfy. I have one on an IWC.

They truly are, even the vintage ones. I have one on my 70s Omega and imagine how much better the one on this Doxa is. |

I agree Rommel, I’ve been interested in Doxa for quite sometime and this one looks really great. I’ve also heard how comfortable the beads of rice bracelet is
Do you know if they have an AD in the GTA? |

That's what I was wondering as well, Brian. Even if the watch can be ordered from Doxa online, it would be nice to have some local AD's in case there were warranty issues or for servicing years down the road. Sure, the watch could be sent in, but it's nice to have a place you can potentially go drop it off at and browse.
I'm not sure if there's even a service location in Canada, but for store locations none came up in the Toronto area. Such a shame really, as this makes the process more difficult to own one here. I experienced similar diffities when Fortis didn't have a service location in Canada anymore. They do now on the west coast I believe, but still. |

When it comes to parts like a crown tube hopefully those or other components specific to the watch won't be difficult to find if needed. This was another struggle I had with Fortis years back and since then it's had me more hesitant / paranoid about modern watches without the support network locally. |
