Scottsdale and the JW Camelback (pic-heavy)

Spent the long weekend at the JW Marriott Camelback in Scottsdale and we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and picturesque getaway. Just a stunning property in a beautiful city (do I sound smitten? ), and having my parents come visit from Vegas was icing on the cake.

Hope you enjoy the pics! Sedona shots next.

I swear Mrs Jesse gets in the hotel room stares at the ceiling and thinks about downing a bottle of Chardonnay and telling you she’s done with these exhaustive trips with you and the kids and buys a Miata goes straight to Tijuana and becomes a writer.

Let her rest Johnny Parmesani !!!!!!! These are not holidays. They’re photoshoots.

Haha - I'll tell her that Chewy said we're headed for divorce!

She is indeed an amazing partner in crime...though I will say, the hikes kicked her butt. Not the wild boys' butts though!

She won’t divorce you. That’s too easy.

Thanks Matt! That's the Camelback Mountain via Echo Canyon trail. Our 5 and 7-year-old did two trails rated "hard" by alltrails.com, so I'm very proud of them. And if I'm being honest, they were prerty difficult.

But man, those views at the end...

Nice shots (again!) Jesse.

Camelback is a hard hump too, but not for two young wild apaches like yours!

Haha, thanks Eddie. Someone called our eldest a mountain goat as he was racing up Cathedral Rock in Sedona and now the nickname has stuck.

Jesse, by any chance does your wife have a sister that is attracted to Old-short, fat ugly men with no money or personality?

She does, as a matter of fact...unfortunately, that's a post that's already helmed by another gentlemen. The good thing is you've got looks, money and personality over him. He's that type of winner.

Mr. G, that thing was almost $400 and of course our eldest was like "WANT!!!". I told him I had another friend on TRF in mind that wanted to get snake bitten.

West of you in Phoenix, Saturday mornings, a nice farmers market. Plan on an extra 3-hour workout. The food is fantastic :-)

Great pics of a nice family on vacay!

As per our recent discussion, I was able to snag an elusive Fuji X100V using Rolexian purchase tactics. Actually, I got an email that it was back in stock at a major camera store and immediately pounded the buy button and got it. Out of stock the next day and ever since.

Of course, the camera’s capabilities are enhanced by your photogenic family and the stunning scenery. Keep having fun!

I hope you're enjoying the X100V! It's as important to me as the Rolexes, which I'm somewhat surprised to say.

Love Camelback. Hiked it with my wife from Echo. Cholla was still closed. This was in July.

JW looks like a great resort. We should check it out. Last couple trips we did Phoenician.
