They seem to be hedging their bets on their site as this article from last week seems to think differently

Just the beginning folks. Inflation still out of control, interest rates having little effect. No end in site to the Ukraine war, and China eying it’s move. The massive economic fallout/destruction for either county is apparently no deterrent for more square footage apparently.

I am a realist and stay clear of the media hysteria but there is very little to me optimistic about from the economic vantage point and prices of watches have been bananas for a long time. Markets are bad and one does not need a weather man to tell which way the wind blows.

Hopefully ADs will be overstocked and forced to display those watches for sale. No more jewellery bullshit please

Not sure where they got the idea 5711A being offered at $190k . Plenty of them , even on EBay - $130k or less . Hmm :-)
